RG1 #0 – 2ND PRINTING

Just a quick (and very slightly late) heads up that the scorching and yet slinky 2nd printing of the sell-out Transformers: Regeneration One #0 is now in comic stores. So if you missed out on this frankly unmissable issue (which features the artistic flourishes of no less than five Transformers greats — Geoff Senior, Jeff Anderson, Jose Delbo, Nick Roche and Casey Coller — and sets up just about everything, story-wise, for our searing final arc) or just want (yet) another cover variant (this time courtesy of the multi-talented Casey Coller) to line up with the others, then what are you doing still reading this? Go straight to your local comic book store and pick it up this instant! Before it sells out too.

  1. Hopefully the #0 hit will lead IDW to put out a Regen One Annual in 2013!

  2. I was lucky my comic book store held #0 for me ,but this is good news for those that did miss out . I would love to see more issues like this one ,like the above comment said an Annual would be awesome . I would love to see Derek Yaniger come back ,I really loved his Transformers work .

We did actually talk to Derek about doing something for RG1, but Derek’s gone in a whole new style with his artwork and didn’t really want to reprise his old TF style. You can check out his current work here:

Thanks for posting that link! I loved Derek’s G2 work; it suited the comic perfectly (and it’s great to see his take on Sideswipe has now been immortalised in plastic). His newer work is stunning. A shame we won’t see him back on TF.

And since we’re talking #0 again, I’ll just repeat the fact that it’s a masterpiece. ‘Nuff said. 🙂

      • Thanks for the link Simon .I see he has a new style ,but his work is still Awesome .

  3. Hey Simon been having a lot of fun reading RG1 but i just wanted to know where Jazz is in all of this. Did he die or is he just on the sidelines through all of this? Anyways hoping the series keeps going like this and ends with a bang.
